I'm George Sharpe, founder of Sharpen Your Fitness.
I spent my teenage years competing in multiple sports nationally and locally, but I was obsessed with more than just winning. I wanted to understand the process: what it actually takes to transform from point A to point B. The habits, the mindset, the daily decisions that separate those who progress from those who plateau.
Since 2021, I've trained over 250 people, each one teaching me something new about what drives real, lasting change. It's not just about the programming or the meal plan. It's about identity. It's about your nervous system. It's about building a version of yourself that doesn't need to white-knuckle your way through life.
This work is a privilege. Watching someone change physically is rewarding, But watching them change mentally, seeing them step into a higher version of themselves, that's what keeps me doing this.
